You’ll find a pressed Cuban sandwich done the right way, rich ropa vieja, marinated roast pork, black beans and rice, sweet plantains, and plates that balance tradition with a fresh, modern touch. Nick has a background in owning and operating multi-unit restaurants, and together with Alison they partnered with a talented culinary team to build Mojo as a true Cuban scratch kitchen with an authentic spirit and modern touches.
