The Drive Tucson is proud to be the media sponsor for The Tucson Classics Car Show, an annual event hosted by the Rotary Club of Tucson, celebrating its 18th year in 2024. This year’s show will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at The Gregory School, located at 3231 N. Craycroft Rd., Tucson.
This popular event will feature over 420 classic cars and trucks, offering a day full of family-friendly fun. Admission is just $10 per ticket, and children aged 17 and under can attend for free with a paying adult. Your ticket not only grants access to the car show but also enters you into a raffle with the chance to win some fantastic prizes, including a 2017 Corvette Convertible or $40,000 in cash. Other prizes include kitchen appliances, car care certificates, and more.
In addition to admiring the stunning vehicles, visitors can enjoy food, drinks, and other activities. The proceeds from the show will benefit local non-profits, supporting causes such as Pima Community College’s Workforce Program, which provides job training opportunities, and Sister José Women’s Center, a shelter for unsheltered women in Tucson. Over the years, the Rotary Club of Tucson has raised more than $2.6 million for local charities through this event.
For those looking to extend the festivities, there’s also a Friday night dinner on October 18, held on The Gregory School campus from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with tickets available for $20.
