Tohono Chul invites the community to experience its annual Día de los Muertos Exhibit, running August 21 through November 2. This moving celebration of life and memory brings together traditional and contemporary expressions of one of Mexico’s most meaningful cultural traditions.
Visitors can explore beautifully crafted altars, art pieces, and installations that honor loved ones who have passed on. Each element of the exhibit weaves together themes of remembrance, family, and storytelling, creating a vibrant space for reflection.
The exhibit culminates on closing night with a special performance by renowned musician Salvador Durán, accompanied by an outdoor art installation that transforms the courtyard into a place of light and music.
Admission is free for members, with regular entry rates for general visitors, seniors, youth, and children. It’s an opportunity to celebrate culture, heritage, and the deep bonds that connect us across generations.
