Aging Gracefully: Boost Your Brain, Balance, and Energy After 35
Free One-Hour Seminar This Sunday, 8/17/25 at 2:00 PM
Downtown Tucson – RSVP Required
In December of 2021, Randi and I were filling out holiday cards. We wanted to include our maintenance guy, he’s just one of those genuinely good people. I remembered he was working that day, so I grabbed the card and jogged down a small hill to catch him.
It was cold. Wet. Slippery. I lost my balance and fell and broke my finger.
That one little accident turned out to be the start of something big. I realized how far my balance and core strength had slipped. A fall like that at my age? It rattled me. I wasn’t sure what to do, but I ended up attending a free seminar, kind of like the one we’re hosting this Sunday. It wasn’t a workout. It wasn’t intense. It was just a room full of people, looking for a better way to take care of themselves.
And now, over three years later, I’m working toward my blue belt, the fourth in a six-belt kickboxing system. But it’s not about the belt. What changed everything for me was the trainer running that first seminar: Tyson.
Tyson is a professional martial arts instructor and a coach to several semi-pro and professional championship fighters. But more than all the titles, Tyson has a gift for teaching something that’s hard to come by: how to care for your body and your mind as one unit.
He doesn’t just help people get stronger...he helps people heal.
He doesn’t just teach you how to move...he teaches you how to understand your body again.
He creates simple, effective systems for everyday people at any stage in their life to build strength, improve energy, sharpen mental focus, and regain confidence.
I’ve witnessed it. That’s why I’m a champion of what he does. And that’s why I wanted to bring him to our listeners...for free.
This isn’t a kickboxing class.
It’s just a one-hour, no-pressure, fun and friendly get-together. A chance to learn a few things, try a couple light movements if you want, and maybe see what’s possible for the next version of yourself.
We’ll cover:
In my fitness journey, I’ve lost nearly 100 pounds, quit smoking, quit drinking, and made a decision to start investing in the older version of myself. We're looking for people who are ready to make a positive change too, but maybe just don’t know where to start.
That was me, three years ago.
