Thanksgiving Festival & Free Food

Posted on November 7, 2025 by The Drive

The Arizona Bilingual Newspaper and The Drive Tucson invite you to come together in the spirit of gratitude and community for the 14th Annual Thanksgiving Festival on Sunday, November 23rd from 10AM to 2PM at El Pueblo Neighborhood Center, 101 W Irvington Road in Tucson. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome!

This long-running Tucson tradition celebrates everything that makes our community special: family, music, and generosity. Spend the day enjoying live performances, local singers and dancers, raffles, learning activities, and fun for all ages. More than 40 sponsors and non-profit organizations will be on-site sharing health resources, free flu and COVID-19 vaccines, and information to support families across Southern Arizona. You’ll also find delicious food, giveaways, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day.

In true Thanksgiving spirit, Arizona Bilingual and its partners will be giving away up to 1,000 gift cards to help Tucson families purchase turkeys and supplies for their holiday dinners. It’s a celebration built on kindness and connection, a chance for neighbors to support neighbors.

To participate in the giveaway, attendees should bring:
• Proof of Residency – a recent water or electricity bill with your name and current address
• Proof of Identity – a valid Arizona State ID (matching the name on your bill)

Both documents must be presented together at the event.

For sponsorship opportunities, donations, or to volunteer, contact Patty Ruiz at 520.791.7208.

Join us as we give thanks, give back, and celebrate the heart of Tucson.
