Prancing Pet Bakery: Tucson’s Tastiest Treats for Pets

Nestled in the heart of Vail, just outside Tucson, Prancing Pet Bakery has become a go-to spot for pet owners who want only the best for their furry companions. This family-owned gem, started by Phoebe Waybright and her daughter Stephanie, has earned a reputation for crafting wholesome, homemade treats that pets and their humans can both feel good about.

A Labor of Love

Prancing Pet Bakery began with a simple goal: to make healthy, delicious treats for the Waybright family’s own two dogs. But it didn’t take long for friends and neighbors to catch on. Their homemade goodies were a hit, and what started as a personal project quickly blossomed into a full-blown business. Today, Phoebe and Stephanie still hand-make every treat with love and care, keeping their mission rooted in quality and compassion.

Nothing But the Good Stuff

Everything that comes out of Prancing Pet Bakerys kitchen is made from all-natural, human-grade ingredients. No preservatives, no artificial colors, and absolutely no junk, just simple, healthy goodness you’d be happy to eat yourself (but maybe save it for the pets). Ingredients are locally sourced when possible, and each treat is baked with health and nutrition in mind.

Something for Every Pet

Whether your best friend has paws, hooves, or whiskers, Prancing Pet Bakery has something they’ll love:

  • For dogs: From grain-free biscuits to drool-worthy jerky, there’s a snack for every good boy and girl.
  • For cats: Even the pickiest feline will find something to purr about.
  • For horses: Yes, even your hoofed companions get in on the treat action with options made just for them.

A Familiar Face at Tucson Markets

You’ll often find Prancing Pet Bakery popping up at local farmers markets all around Tucson. Green Valley, Oro Valley, Rillito Park, and Udall Park, just to name a few. These events give pet lovers a chance to meet the bakers, sample treats, and share stories about their four-legged family members.
